Australian Spiced Steak and Damper. TJM Metalworks Mini Fire Anchor. Campfire Cooking.

In this video, I head out for riverside walk with Maggie, the big black dog, to work up an appetite for breakfast. We find a nice secluded, shady spot beside the river and set about getting a fire going to cook up a tasty treat. I was recently sent some Aboriginal Australian ingredients from my friends Hari and Alana, and this was the ideal opportunity to try them out – ribeye steak, seasoned and cooked over the fire, damper – a simple tasty flat bread and Lemon Myrtle tea – deliciously refreshing on a hot day!

Thanks for watching!
