‘Subscriber Scott’ and I put out food gathering abilities to the test in a spring fed water creek system as we seek out whatever wild foods are available spring-time including wild edible greens and fish. We cook all the wild food we find during the survival challenge including our fish over fire using some sticks and fry up our wild onions, leeks, or ramps, and fiddle heads, stinging nettle, to round out a very tasty meal.
