Stealth Hot Tent Camp with the dog

We decided to do a bit of stealth camping this week in the most unlikely piece of equipment for the job – a hot tent. We prepped the wood early on and only lit the stove when it got dark to avoid detection. Houses were all around and we could see the main road down below us. It is the beginning of winter and the temperatures are just starting to drop.
I cooked up a beef and ale stew on the wood burner. I was joined by Matthew and the Poppy dog in this one.
